  1. Honestly, I haven't try eating raw food and I don't think I will, especially that I recently started a weight loss program at http://www.skinvitality.ca. So, a specialized person recommended me a light diet (eating less, but only healthy foods) and of course, doing lots of diversified exercises, which are really useful in order to lose those extra pounds.
